There’s are many different types of coaching. Irrespective of the type they all enable you to identify how to move away from where you are to where you want to be for any aspect of your life. The benefits are many and in essence will include you achieving your outcome.
Coaching Packages are available to meet all emotional, mental, physical, spiritual as well as financial needs. For example some people just ring Alison up and 30 minutes later have their solution and she doesn’t hear from them for months. Others see her regularly (weekly or monthly) and others come along for an intensive day and then keep in touch by phone to monitor progress.
