Frameworks For Change Process
Alison uses the Frameworks for Change coaching Process ® (FCP) as an innovative and participative facilitation tool for conferences, workshops and in her 1 to 1 coaching. It's very hard to express in words what the process does see the attached notes from a facilitated session using the process entitled 'Keeping on track in a downturn'.
The FCP is a diagnostic tool designed to address individual, team, and organisational issues. The process helps all involved to tap into their inner wisdom in order to:
- increase the sense of satisfaction, meaning and fulfilment in the work environment
- identify new perspectives and highlights different aspects of situations
- uncover unproductive patterns that block individuals and teams
- enhance personal strengths
Examples of use of this process in a 1 to 1 coaching setting are provided each month in the newsletter.
